It Never Rains But . . .

Yeah, so there's more good (or at least exciting) news: I just talked to the woman from SVA, and she's going to set up a meeting between me and the head of the whole damn school so I can tell him what it would take for me to set up a curriculum in interactive narrative there. She also told me that the students had come to her to tell her that they wanted me to come teach, based on the lecture I gave. This is incredibly exciting, though I have no idea how it all fits together with my other options . . . .

w00t again!

the only downside i can see in all of this is that it seems likely to mean you'd stop teaching in ITP, and that would be sad.

isn't this place out in the middle of nowhere though? i may well be confused.

btw, if you have an e-mail addy that's not at k-s.net or g-m.net, please drop me a line from it - i tried writing g-m.net and it bounced too. need to write you re: columbia.

No, actually, it wouldn't mean leaving ITP - both are part-time positions, so if I'm not in grad school then I'd probably be teaching at both as a full-time job. Which would be cool. :)

You can try writing me at jhammer@post.harvard.edu . . . maybe that will help?
