Book Count

I'm still logging in the last of the books I read in December, but it looks like my final count is 259 books over the course of 2004 - and that doesn't count articles, comics, role-playing books or a fair number of books I read for school. Jeez. More than five books a week. No wonder my left eye is sore. (But hey! That's about 50 more than last year, IIRC. Mmm, books.)

More details on the book front - and other news - when it's not bedtime.

Wow! I'm impressed! My novel reading last year was pathetic, but I read quite a bit of nonfiction. I'm trying to flip the ratio for this year.

Me, I'm trying to flip my reading-to-writing ratio, and it sounds like you do a lot of writing. Any tips? :)

Don't read until you've written. Using reading as a reward for doing a certain amount of writing. Umm...that sort of thing. Not that I'm very good at the avoiding procrastination thing.

Damn. I feel like a slacker. My count is less than 100, and that's with the books I read for school.

Yeah, but your novels-written count is at least six or seven ahead of mine. Seems like a fair trade to me. :)

Not in the last year, it ain't! I didn't even write one last year.

Wow, that's a ton. I read less than a book a week last year.

Are you going to post your list?
